  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Husks and clean the corn thoroughly, then cut each ear into bite-sized pieces (about 1.5 inches).
  2. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil and preheat to 400°F.
  3. Place corn pieces in a single layer in the basket and spray lightly with oil. Cook for about 13-14 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  4. While corn cooks, melt butter in a bowl and whisk in all spices until smooth.
  5. Once cooked, toss the hot corn in the Cajun butter sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side.
