  • ⅓ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup halved raspberries, tossed in flour

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
