  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Evenly spread raspberry preserves over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top, ensuring it covers the raspberry layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans over the milk layer, pressing gently.
  6. Scatter semisweet and white chocolate chips on top. Reserve some white chocolate for later.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing into bars.
