  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding with one cup of milk, then fold in half a cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze again for 10-15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry cream layer, beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and two tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and one cup of Cool Whip before spreading it over the chocolate layer.
  4. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
