  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed (1 stick)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat together butter and pumpkin puree until combined. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
