  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet or medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and pour into your prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter to create a crumbly topping and spread over the pumpkin mixture.
