  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: 1 egg (for binding)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Slice the cabbage into thick rounds and brush with olive oil. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and egg if using. Mix well.
  4. 4. Press the meat mixture onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
