  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter for drizzle
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, melt cubed butter in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined.
  4. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
  5. Layer half of the peaches over melted butter, pour batter on top, and add remaining peaches.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
  7. For the drizzle, combine butter and maple syrup in a pan; bring to boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
