  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing foil)
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
  2. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil (12 inches each) and coat the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one patty on each foil piece and top with sliced mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
  4. Fold the foil over the burger to seal tightly.
  5. Grill at medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let cool slightly before unwrapping and garnish with parsley if desired.
