- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing foil)
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
- Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil (12 inches each) and coat the center with olive oil.
- Place one patty on each foil piece and top with sliced mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
- Fold the foil over the burger to seal tightly.
- Grill at medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before unwrapping and garnish with parsley if desired.
