  • ÂĽ cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (use coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • ½ cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for vinaigrette)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (for vinaigrette)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (omit for strict keto or Whole30)
  • 1 small clove garlic (for vinaigrette), minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (for vinaigrette)
  • Salt and pepper (for vinaigrette), to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the steak: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4–5 minutes on each side until your desired doneness is reached. Let it rest before slicing.
