2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
While baking, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger powder in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
