  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, softened butter, brown sugar, and salt until crumbly. Press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in another bowl. Spread over the baked crust.
  3. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted coconut oil. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
