  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar (for swirl)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for swirl)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (for icing)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl mixture.
  4. Spread blondie batter into the prepared pan and drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden edges form. Let cool completely before icing.
  6. For the icing, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
