  • 3–4 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt for the crust. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. For the crumb topping, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread peach filling over the crust and sprinkle with crumb topping.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
