  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  4. Return the cauliflower to the skillet. If needed, add chicken broth to keep it moist and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
