30 taco shells
2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 packet taco seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
6 chopped Roma tomatoes
1 cup salsa
1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
1 cup guacamole
1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
1 can sliced olives
1 sliced red onion
1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
1 jar Cholula Salsa
Cilantro for garnish
Favorite chips
Habanero pepper (garnish)
Instructions
Prepare a large serving board by placing bowls of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the center.
Fill small bowls with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and olives around the lettuce.
Arrange taco shells around the outer edge of the board.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until tender, about 10 minutes. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill each taco shell with meat and cheese; bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Place tacos around the board, fill gaps with chips, and serve!
