  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle and cut it into 12 strips. Tie each strip into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the knots before baking.
