- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp apple pie spice
- 5 tbsp cinnamon (reserve 1 tbsp for topping)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- Olive oil nonstick spray
- Peel and slice apples into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
- In a bowl, mix flour, apple pie spice, and 4 tbsp cinnamon.
- Coat apple wedges in the flour mixture inside a container with a lid.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla together in another bowl.
- Dredge each coated apple wedge in the egg mixture, then return to the flour mix for another coating.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick spray.
- Arrange apple wedges in the basket, spray tops lightly with oil, and sprinkle half of the remaining cinnamon sugar over them.
