  • 10 slices diced turkey bacon
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  2. Boil the elbow pasta one minute shy of al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté the shredded chicken with ranch seasoning in the same skillet for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter and garlic, whisking in flour, then gradually adding heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese along with half of both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until melted. Fold in cooked pasta, seasoned chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to the prepared baking dish; top with remaining cheeses and bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
