  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll them into small balls.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle the dough balls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Add half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, mixing well.
  4. Layer half of the cheese mixture at the bottom of the bundt pan, followed by half of the seasoned dough balls, 1 cup of shredded chicken, and ½ cup of Alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with a generous topping of remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
