  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic-herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes); drain well.
  3. Hollow out the kaiser rolls’ centers carefully.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside the bread bowls.
  5. Toast bread bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F for 4-5 minutes.
