  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salsa and sour cream, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and let it cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the seasoned meat over half of the dough; top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Fold the dough over and seal the edges tightly.
  7. Cut into strips, twist each one, and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder before baking for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
