  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (28oz) bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 1 (10.5oz) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10.5oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked beef with frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden.
