  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until mixed. Chill dough for an hour.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop chilled dough into disks; add cheesecake filling in the center; seal dough around filling.
