  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until fully liquefied.
  3. Stir in mini vegan marshmallows until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, add Rice Krispie cereal, and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan using a spatula or damp hands.
  6. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the top, pressing gently into the mixture.
  7. In another saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth; pour evenly over peanuts.
  8. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the caramel layer; spread evenly.
