Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Chill dough in two disks for at least 1 hour.
