  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, well-drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Drain the diced tomatoes thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in half a packet of ranch seasoning and adjust to taste.
  5. Fold in the drained tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and optional green onions.
  6. If desired, add cooked turkey for extra flavor.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  8. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
