  • 1 lb chicken or turkey kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  4. Grill kielbasa slices for 3-4 minutes until browned and slightly crispy.
  5. Move kielbasa to one side of the grill and add seasoned vegetables on the other side. Grill for another 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
  6. Gently add drained tortellini to the grill mix. Toss lightly for about 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
