  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or rosemary)

Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

  5. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits. Stir in cream and remaining Dijon mustard; simmer until thickened.
